The Paper Ceiling

Be Extraordinary. No Paper Required.

Everyone can hit the paper ceiling. It might be no degree, no masters, or the "wrong" degree. Find people that can look beyond and see you.

No degree. No problem.

Different is not always better, but better is always different.

The problem is, you think you have time.

The begining

Welcome to the paper ceiling.com (TPC)! TPC is my dream to have a place where people of like minds can get together and network to look for jobs that will accept experience over having a degree and pay $100K or more. I believe in the power of the mind over paper. There is no magic wand, and school won't do it either. Never confuse learning with education. Always be learning and growing.
