The begining

Welcome to the paper ceiling.com (TPC)! TPC is my dream to have a place where people of like minds can get together and network to look for jobs that will accept experience over having a degree and pay $100K or more. I believe in the power of the mind over paper. There is no magic wand, and school won't do it either. Never confuse learning with education. Always be learning and growing.

I like the layout. It works well. I can do some art work for the main site. Maybe 2-3 to give you something to pick from. How do we go about getting people to come to this site? And keep it low cost? Your idea is damn good man. It's just shocking me that your doing what I'm thinking. Thinking back it was you I saw the matrix with. NEO = ONE. -peace

Look a good start. Suggestion: If this is going to be a private networking site and everyone is going to be expected to share their knowledge, experience, advice, recommendations, etc., I think you should highly consider setting up some guidelines, expectations and requirements (like every member use their full names so we all know who we're dealing with).
